Our Philosophy

Tohi Retreats are destination wellness retreats curated to bring alignment with you and your higher self. Guided meditations, indigenous healing practices, breakout sessions, pampering and connecting with nature are just a few majestic happenings you will experience during your stay. Tohi Retreats are infused with movement, healing, connection and mindfulness. We are a place for you to find the freedom to experience an opportunity to explore. Allow yourself to let go of whatever is holding you back and have the courage to move forward into the unknown.

 

Movement

Tohi’s movement sessions are designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Each session is synergistic with the day and setting. Movement sessions include but are not limited to: Yoga, stretching, plyometric circuits, cardio, resistance exercises and hiking.

 
 

Excursions

You will become fully emerged in the culture and community of each retreat destination through on and off-site excursions. Daily itineraries can be as active or relaxing as you please with these activities – all included in your stay.


 

Community Circles

Reflect on why you’ve come and what you’re hoping to get out of your time away. Here you will check in with yourself and your intention, and decide what you are taking home with you. As you reflect on your experience, let go of what does not serve you. This is a time to embrace your emotions and connect with the other Tohi guests.

 
 

Accommodations + Meals

Luxurious accommodations with beautiful rooms and incredible views to help you recharge, feel pampered, and well taken care of. Dining is a large part of the Tohi experience. Food is communal, unites people through culture and nourishes the body. All meals are prepared fresh and are included in all of Tohi’s retreat packages.

Meet the founder

Erika Barenberg is the founder and CEO of Fit City Magazine, Oklahoma’s only Health and wellness magazine and online social guide.  She is also a Mind- Body coach for her wellness company, 4:13 fitness, where she teaches others about living an 80/20 lifestyle with their nutrition and exercise. Erika’s purpose lies in emerging businesswomen, strengthening Oklahoma’s health and wellness platform and giving back to the community. Outside of her career she enjoys traveling around the world, spending weekends with family and competing as a professional natural bikini bodybuilder.
